About MarketPass

Built around the work
between the documents.

MarketPass by Encode helps EU importers organise the recurring operational work behind EUDR due diligence.

Why this service exists

An importer can have a collection of supplier files and still be unable to explain which origin information supports an incoming product. The gap is often coordination: between commercial teams and compliance, between suppliers and manufacturers, and between a general declaration and a specific flow of goods.

MarketPass is organised around that work. We help make evidence requests specific, connect records to product flows and keep unresolved questions visible.

A focused starting point

Our initial focus is new tyres containing natural rubber imported into the EU. The first engagement is a scoped €1,000 EUDR Import Readiness Diagnostic. Recurring managed support follows only where the evidence, supplier cooperation and operating needs justify it.

What our approach requires

Evidence with an identifiable source. We distinguish supplier assertions, underlying records and review conclusions.

Explicit limits. A missing plot, unexplained material link or unresolved risk stays visible. Formatting is not verification.

An accountable decision-maker. The importer retains its regulatory responsibilities and approvals. Operational support should make those decisions better informed.

Our published resources

Read our editorial and source methodology for how we research legal claims, date substantive reviews and distinguish operating recommendations.

The resource centre is published by MarketPass by Encode. It combines cited primary regulatory sources with clearly labelled operational examples. Publication and review dates describe the actual release and review of the material, not an automated freshness schedule.

Read the regulatory disclaimer and our data-handling approach before sharing operational information.
