Your relationships.
Our operational
support.

Help your importer customers connect the evidence behind their goods. Bring MarketPass by Encode into the work where supplier coordination and traceability need an operating owner.

Good advice needs
a working follow-through.

The challenge often sits between organisations: a manufacturer holds the batch record, a supplier holds the origin information, and the importer needs a connected account of both.

MarketPass helps coordinate that work. We organise requests, reconcile the relevant records and keep unresolved relationships visible for the importer’s review. Your contribution and the customer-contact arrangements are agreed from the outset.

Three ways to collaborate

Start with the model
that fits your business.

01

Refer a customer

Make a considered introduction.

You identify an importer with an operational evidence problem. We agree the introduction and contact approach, then assess whether a scoped diagnostic or managed support is appropriate.

An introduction, with permission.Discuss this approach
02

Deliver together

Bring complementary expertise.

You contribute your advisory, customs, sourcing or technical expertise. MarketPass handles the agreed supplier and evidence work. Scope, ownership and review responsibilities are documented before delivery.

03

Support your customers

Add an operational route.

Make MarketPass available to customers who need help maintaining evidence and traceability across recurring imports. Each customer’s needs, access arrangements and service scope are assessed individually.

A useful service alongside yours.Discuss this approach

Commercial arrangements are discussed individually. An enquiry does not create a partnership, referral-fee entitlement, exclusivity or authority to represent MarketPass.

Who this is for

Close to the importer.
Close to the problem.

We welcome enquiries from businesses whose relationships or expertise complement the practical evidence work.

A broker’s customs role, an adviser’s professional role and the importer’s EUDR responsibilities remain distinct.

Customs & trade

Customs brokers, trade advisers and freight forwarders

You encounter importing entities, shipment records and cross-border documentation. MarketPass can support a separately agreed evidence workstream.

Sourcing & distribution

Tyre sourcing agents and trade brokers

You understand commercial supplier relationships. We assess whether access to the manufacturer’s underlying records can support the proposed work.

Advisory & compliance

EUDR consultants and compliance advisers

You contribute the advice and specialist review in your remit. MarketPass can coordinate requests, track evidence and prepare the agreed operational record.

Platforms & communities

Technology providers and industry associations

Your users or members may need people to run the process around their tools. We explore a complementary service route without promising an untested integration.

From conversation to delivery

Agree the relationship.
Then begin the work.

  1. 01

    Share your context

Tell us who you serve, the markets you work in and how you would like to collaborate. Business-level context is enough.

  2. 02

    Review mutual fit

We discuss the operating need, complementary capabilities and whether supplier cooperation can support the proposed service.

  3. 03

    Agree the boundaries

Document the customer-contact approach, scope, fees, any referral arrangements, confidentiality, permitted access and responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Make an agreed introduction

With the customer’s permission, establish the relevant importing entity and scope the next step. Paid work begins under a separate engagement.

Built on clear boundaries

Useful collaboration.
Accountable delivery.

The importer retains its regulatory responsibility and final decisions. MarketPass provides managed operational support; we do not certify products or guarantee regulatory acceptance.

Customer introductions require permission. Confidential supplier files, customer lists and geolocation records are shared only through an agreed access arrangement.

Reseller, white-label, commission and exclusivity terms require a separate written agreement. Neither party is authorised to make commitments on the other’s behalf simply by making an enquiry.

Our approach to evidence sharing
Before we talk

A few practical answers.

Do I need a customer ready to introduce?

No. Start with your business, customer profile and the type of collaboration you are exploring. Please do not send a customer list or someone else’s contact details through this form.

Will MarketPass contact my customer directly?

We agree the introduction and contact approach before approaching a referred customer. Customer permission, each party’s role and any commercial arrangements need to be clear first.

Are referral fees or exclusive territories offered?

Any referral fees, commission, exclusivity or territory arrangements must be discussed and agreed in writing. No standard entitlement or commercial commitment is created by this page.

Can we offer the service under our own brand?

A reseller or white-label proposal can be discussed, but it is not an automatically available programme. Delivery capacity, customer disclosures, responsibilities, pricing and contract terms must be agreed first.

What is the first customer engagement?

Where appropriate, the first engagement is the separately scoped €1,000 EUDR Import Readiness Diagnostic. It is not a requirement for submitting a partner enquiry. Ongoing support is assessed and quoted separately.

Describe the type of customer, without naming individuals.
Business-level information only. Do not include confidential customer or supplier information.

By submitting, you ask MarketPass by Encode to respond to your partnership enquiry. Your details are processed in Encode CRM. Read our privacy notice. This does not enrol you in unrelated marketing or create a partnership agreement.
